About Our Club

K-State Flying Club is based at Manhattan Regional Airport (KMHK), co-located with Heartland Aviation in Manhattan, Kansas. Our aircraft are available to members for personal, non-commercial flying.

The club was founded in 1955 as the Civil Air Cadets Flying Club in Wamego. Three years later, the club moved to Manhattan and became KS Flying Club, Inc., doing business as K-State Flying Club. We have been in continuous operation since 1955.

Our mission is to provide members with safe, clean, well-equipped aircraft at the most economical rates possible.
