Reminder: Per the Bylaws – the receipt must show the N-Number, date and the gallons of fuel purchased in order to receive credit. There are no exceptions to this rule!
Please enter the information for all fuel purchases on the same date. If multiple fuel stops were made on the same day, add the total gallons from all purchases and enter that below. Purchases made on different dates or other aircraft should be submitted separately.
TIP: If the airport is self-service and did not print a paper receipt please take a photo of the “gallons” readout on the pump and a photo of the tail number and we can match them up using metadata in the photo.
